Our sophisticated EBC Decision Support data mining tool provides the capability to measure the effectiveness of every letter, statement or phone call in any campaign – to show exactly how many dollars are being generated by each step in the billing process.
The Electronic Billing Center stores information concerning each of your contract payment plans, including anticipated payments, per line item, and per modifier, and the system automatically monitors whether you are being paid the contracted amount. Exceptions are directed to an automated work file, where they are reviewed and appealed electronically. Once again, we are demonstrating to the insurance carriers that your practice does not simply accept what they choose to pay, but has sophisticated tools to call them to account on every discrepancy, every time.
Integrated Document Imaging
We scan all documentation necessary for successful claim adjudication and tie them electronically to the appropriate patient accounts. Denied or inappropriately paid claims are appealed and automatically sent out after initial posting. In addition, secondary claims go out the door the next day.
Zotec Partners creates a customized secure (SSL) web page accessible via your practice’s web site allowing a more efficient communication stream between patients and the billing function. The Patient Portal improves access, eliminates labor and proactively communicates with patients. The Portal allows patients to review their account, update their demographic/profile information and make payments online. Payments are automatically posted into the Electronic Billing Center, and changes to profile information are readily available for review.

Our data mining and analysis tool enables clients to drill down into their business information, and is available to clients from any location via the Internet. EBC Decision Support provides specific business intelligence to your database, thereby allowing you to effectively data mine, drill down, chart and analyze your data in a meaningful way. EBC Decision Support includes analysis cubes, representing best practices for viewing and digesting information. In addition, this application has a wizard capability, allowing individual users to create and store their own cubes, analyses and reports. EBC Decision Support provides your practice with access to information that enables you to proactively manage your business, rather than reacting to outdated reporting materials.
As an added benefit to outsourcing clients, we also provide access (through your account manager) to blinded data across our client database. This can be an extremely powerful tool in contract negotiations and other business dealings.
