Award recognizes outstanding young professionals and community leaders
CARMEL, IN – February 12, 2025 – Zotec Partners (Zotec), a company leading the way to improve the business of healthcare for everyone, announces that Callie Cavanaugh, VP of Implementations, has been selected as one of Junior Achievement of Central Indiana’s 2025 Indy’s Best and Brightest Finalist in the Banking and Financial Services category.
Indy’s Best and Brightest celebrates 100 of the city’s top young professionals across ten diverse industries. This prestigious award honors professionals who have demonstrated leadership, career excellence and a commitment to making a difference in the community.

Callie joined Zotec Partners in 2011 as a Client Relationship Manager and has since worked her way to become VP of Implementations. In this role, Callie and her team ensure new clients have the best onboarding experience possible, optimizing the healthcare financial experience from the very start. Callie stands out because of her unwavering passion, persistence and exceptional leadership. She exemplifies each of Zotec’s core values and is truly passionate about the work she does and the people she leads. Callie continuously delivers phenomenal results by going the extra mile for Zotec’s healthcare clients and the patients they serve.
Outside of her professional role, Callie is deeply committed to her community, especially in supporting her children’s activities. She coaches her daughter’s travel basketball team, where she instills valuable life skills and leads by example. Additionally, Callie volunteers at her children’s schools, balancing her time between coaching, community involvement, and her full-time job while being a dedicated mother of three.
Indy’s Best and Brightest was created by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana to recognize outstanding young professionals and the next generation of leaders in our community. Indy’s Best and Brightest finalists serve as excellent role models to students and youth in our community.
