Have you ever had to dig for the information you need to make informed business decisions? Those days are gone with Zotec Partners’ newest version of CZAR. This most notably includes a new feature called CZAR Dashboards, a library of highly targeted analytics content designed to give users clear, actionable insights into every part of their revenue cycle. CZAR’s user-friendly centralization of data makes it easier to access important analytics to help healthcare professionals stay informed and in control.
Key Features
CZAR Dashboards put comprehensive information about your business quickly at your fingertips using these key features:
Innovation
With key insights centralized in CZAR, it’s easier to stay informed and in control. Zotec Partners is committed to continually innovating our solutions to better serve our clients and improve how they interact with their data.
Upon login to CZAR, users see current month-to-date charges and payments, along with projections, in a visual ring chart that looks much like the one you’d find on an Apple Watch. This helps users determine if, at a glance, their business is on or off track.
Users can quickly take a deeper dive into any analytics they need using CZAR Dashboards. Actionable insights are discovered independently, without requiring time to meet with a data analyst. Users may see that an improvement in patient communication is needed or that there are lags in provider documentation correction.
“CZAR puts our clients at the forefront of the industry from a technology standpoint,” said Zotec Partners Senior Product Manager Eric Swanson. “It’s a differentiator for us – this new feature helps users self-serve and avoid the days-long wait for a dedicated analyst to provide information, ultimately reducing turnaround time between client questions and our insights.”
Broadening basic self-serve analytics capabilities frees up Zotec analysts to focus on strategic goals and patterns over the entire client base, leading to projects that will benefit everyone.
“Our dashboards serve up insights to help users make smarter business decisions with real time data,” said Swanson. “What’s measured is improved. These dashboards help our clients hone in on what’s going on with their business and make changes.”
The dashboards are tagged with relevant terms to help users easily search and find analytics, covering a range of topics such as charges, payments, denials, guarantor outreach, patient satisfaction, and so much more.
Security and Data Access
Swanson says security and data access are of the upmost importance when developing any new CZAR enhancements.
“Data security and highly restrictive access are the aspects of our product we are most critical of,” said Swanson. “We have an extreme legal obligation to protect sensitive health data. Under the hood of CZAR, there are robust security measures included so that Customer A doesn’t see Customer B’s data. We are making sure data exposure is kept to those with permission to see it, even within organizations.”
Bottom Line
Swanson says you can’t fix what you don’t know is a problem. CZAR Dashboards allow users to monitor issues, and they even give guidance on how key metrics might be improved.
