The Indiana Chamber of Commerce Announced Honors in 16th Annual Workplace Awards, Zotec Partners Among Winners

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – May 6, 2021 – Zotec Partners (Zotec), one of the country’s largest, privately-held, technology-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM) companies for healthcare providers and their patients was awarded the number five spot in the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s annual Best Places to Work in Indiana awards program. Zotec was honored for the second consecutive year in the large company category consisting of 15 Indiana-based winning organizations with 250-999 employees.

“It’s truly an honor to be recognized as a top place to work for the second year in a row and to be in standing with so many exceptional companies,” said T. Scott Law Sr., Founder and CEO of Zotec Partners. “Providing the best care for our people has always been Zotec’s priority—especially in a year with so many unforeseen workplace challenges, our company culture has made the extraordinary possible.”

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce honored 125 companies from across the state today at the 2021 Best Places to Work in Indiana celebration. Rankings for the organizations were revealed in four categories at the event, small companies (15-74 employees), medium companies (75-249), larger companies (250-999), or major companies (1,000 or more employees). Event participants could attend virtually with their colleagues or join the celebration in person at the Indiana Convention Center.

“It’s a pleasure to showcase these companies and the astounding examples they are setting as desirable workplace cultures in the face of all the unique challenges of the past year,” relays Indiana Chamber President and CEO Kevin Brinegar. “They each serve not only their staffs and customers very well, but also their communities and the state’s economy. We applaud them for stepping up to the plate and continuing to shine in 2021.”

All companies that participated in the 2021 Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. In turn, this report can be used in developing or enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
